Role Purpose

As Legal Executive assistant, the role is to provide full assistance to the Division’s ME and guarantee that the team is catered for.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist the Director in the administration of the department’s needs;
  • Manage all Legal monthly plans – travels, trainings logistics, consumables and etc;
  • Keep records of all documentation from and for ME-legal;
  • Manage all the payments of the suppliers and cash needed for the operation of the division;
  • Follow up on signatures of the division’s documents (Memos, policy’s and procedures, response letters and requests).

What we are looking in you

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • PC Literate – at least intermediate level MS Office, especially Excel;
  • Project Management capabilities; Ability to organize and plan;
  • Action orientated;
  • Highly confidential – know how to keep internal issues confident;
  • Great interactive skills;
  • Highly available to assist at any time.
