Onfon Business Limited is a company specialized in SMS solutions, IT systems development, IT consultancy and retail trade of electronic equipment, is seeking two (2) Full Stack Software Developers to join the software development team and provide development and technology support to mission-critical systems.

Primary Responsibilities

Establish standards, templates, and guidelines as applied to software systems design using information gathered in the system definition stage;
Define data structure layout and data flow model in order to provide specifications for software development;
Select the physical communication media, network architecture and protocols in order to complete system design and support system development;
Develop Human Machine Interface and/or Graphical User Interface in accordance with the design documents in order to meet the functional requirements;
Develop database in accordance with the design documents in order to meet the functional requirements;
Develop, test and commission software systems that meet functional requirements of users and customers.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems or related technology field;
At least 2 years’ experience as a programmer or software developer, troubleshooting user support issues, testing components to deliver quality applications;
At least 2 years’ programing experience using JavaScript, and either Java, or Python;
At least 2 years’ experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and knowledge of SQL;
Experience developing Unix shell scripts;
Experience working with RESTful APIs, JavaScript libraries/ frameworks (e.g. React), Node.js runtime environment;
Experience working with agile software development methodology;
Experience using GitHub for issue tracking and version control;
Experience using continuous integration/ continuous deployment pipelines;
The ideal candidate must be fluent in speaking and writing in English and Portuguese;
Must be able to work and interact in English.
