Delivery Engineer: Charging Middleware Services

Role purpose

Responsible for implementing, and maintaining API’s and services that underpin GSM products and service offerings.

Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership

• Middleware API configuration testing and optimization for commercial PI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, engineering, vendors and design, to achieve business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Delivery of middleware logic optimization scope identified in operations (continuous improvement).
